About Mr. Drs. Ruth Juursema

This eternal student wrapped up two Master’s degrees in the Corona year 2020-2021—no exams, just a mountain of papers. Writing skills? I’ve totally mastered them! Thanks to my broad subject knowledge and plenty of experience writing and editing both Dutch and English texts, I give students of every level sharp feedback and useful corrections. I work in Word and track all changes. Tips about structure and flow are clearly noted in the comment margin. I’m also happy to check sources for APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, or the Dutch Legal Referencing Guide. On top of that, I’m a thesis supervisor and assessor at a university of applied sciences.

Na overleg kwam het nagekeken werk later, echter is dit in samenspraak afgesproken. Het werk was snel klaar, goed nagekeken en Ruth gaf duidelijke tips over hoe ik mijn werk beter kan maken. Wat ik zelf als erg prettig heb ervaren is dat zij eerst aangaf wat al erg goed is beschreven en daarna een tip gaf hoe ik het nog sterker zou kunnen maken. Al met al erg tevreden!
